My Career:

I have been teaching since 2004; however, in 2008 I took a position at the high school level and found that it is an excellent fit for my strengths in teaching.  I have enjoyed watching my students walk the stage at graduation each June.  I have also enjoyed the challenge in this career to find engaging, real-life examples to share with students in my lessons.  Teaching is like a performance and an incredibly complex puzzle both at the same time.

In My Free Time:

I also barbecue in my spare time and love to mess around in my yard, although the plants don't like to see me coming.  I have a lovely wife and two amazing kids who keep me busy and happy when I'm not at work.
